What are you most looking forward to as international travel normalizes? If you are anything like me it is a return to in-person Martial Arts Studies conferences! Our 2022 Conference is back and bigger than ever. Please join us this summer in Switzerland for another important gathering.

The organisers of the 7th international martial arts studies conference, Martial Arts, Tradition and Globalisation, which will be held in the Institute of Sport Sciences of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland (with events also taking place at the Confucius Institute (University of Geneva) and the Olympic Museum (Lausanne)) from 29th June to 2nd July 2022 are delighted to confirm three further keynote speakers:

These three new keynotes complete the line-up of featured speakers for this multi-site four-day international event.

The other conference keynotes (confirmed previously) are: Dr Ben Judkins (author of The Creation of Wing Chun and editor of the long-running and trailblazing academic blog, Kung Fu Tea), Professor Swen Körner (German Sport University, Cologne, DE), and Professor Lauren Steimer (University of South Carolina, US).
